Shipping Policy

1. Overview

BigWide International exports genuine leather goods to individual customers and wholesale buyers around the world. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and what to expect regarding costs, timelines, and customs.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available as a shipping destination at checkout, please contact us — we may still be able to arrange delivery for standard or wholesale orders via a freight forwarder.

3. Order Processing Time

Standard, in-stock orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping carrier within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Custom, personalized, or bulk wholesale orders require additional production time, which will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays observed by our fulfilment team.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with established international couriers and freight partners to deliver orders reliably. The specific carrier used for your order depends on your destination, order size, and the shipping method selected at checkout (standard or expedited, where available).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method chosen — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay, as shown on the Cart totals summary. A flat shipping rate may apply to certain destinations and order types, as displayed at checkout.

For bulk or wholesale orders shipped via freight, shipping is quoted individually — see Section 10.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country once it reaches your destination. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

As the recipient, you are considered the "importer of record" and are responsible for paying any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if this is a concern. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare their value, as this is against international shipping regulations.

7. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, and are shown at checkout before you complete your order. These are estimates only, and actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of a recent order via the Track Order link in our footer, or by contacting us directly with your order number.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

10. Bulk & Wholesale Freight Shipping

For large wholesale orders, we typically ship via sea or air freight depending on order volume, timeline, and destination. Freight shipping costs, incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF), and delivery timelines are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before your order is finalized. Our sales team can also assist with export documentation required for customs clearance on your end.
